6/72023 went in the store about 10:am ask a associate for a price check on a transmission fluid change he ask me how many miles and year 04/ two hundred and something miles his response was we can’t do it on a car that old if we change the fluid the transmission might start slipping so I ask him what am I suppose to do the fluid needs to be change he said make it do what it do don’t change it keep it like that ,I can’t make this up his exact words please make it make sense?

Terrible communication. Gave a quote over the phone just to have my actual total be 400 dollars more than what i was quoted.

They were very professional but nothing can really justify the cost. They wanted to charge me over $900 for a job that should cost half that. I ended up finding another place who was able to do it for $328. Even their initial inspection was way more than it should have been.

Monday the check engine light came on my Challenger. I dropped it off Tuesday before closing. Wednesday they diagnosed the issue. Thursday performed repair and I was informed my car was ready Friday. They kept me informed the whole time. Great service highly recommend.

The great service continues to be great !! I'm trying out for Customer of the Month in July when I get new tires for my old Lexus and some engine maintenance !!
