I went in with a check engine light on in a very old car. I was clear when I set a limit to how much I was willing to pay to fix the car. They said they could do it within my budget so I agree. After receiving my car back and driving less than 50 miles, the check engine light is back on. They now want me to spend double my initial budget because it is now both catalytic converts instead of just one. I believe they knew this would happen and I am now stuck having to put double the amount into this car since half of my downpayment for a new car bas already been used. I believe their front desk person , Henry, knew it as this is not the first time he has been dishonest with me. Atay away!
Hi Maria, we sincerely apologize that this was your experience in our store. As our store manager advised on the phone, we would love the opportunity to look at your vehicle again and look into why the check engine light is on. Please bring it back in, and we will fix any issue directly related to the work that was done on your vehicle, free of charge. We hope to see you again soon, thank you.
