Came in very late on Friday evening and was told if came back first thing Saturday would be able to get the tire from the warehouse and be out the door by noon. Saturday morning check-in took 5 minutes. Called before noon to let me know everything was ready. Price was below the dealer including a road hazard warranty. I use them for my 2 cars - always give great advice and quick to fix flats. Definitely a neighborhood gem!

I went in with a check engine light on in a very old car. I was clear when I set a limit to how much I was willing to pay to fix the car. They said they could do it within my budget so I agree. After receiving my car back and driving less than 50 miles, the check engine light is back on. They now want me to spend double my initial budget because it is now both catalytic converts instead of just one. I believe they knew this would happen and I am now stuck having to put double the amount into this car since half of my downpayment for a new car bas already been used. I believe their front desk person , Henry, knew it as this is not the first time he has been dishonest with me. Atay away!

Set of 4 new ties and alignment, oil change, and some mileage milestone fluids. They took me in at 10am and were done before the end of the day. Everyone was friendly and the work seems well done. Thank you NTP!
