Great service! The crew at NTP took my car in and had it back to me in an hour. I had a slow leak in a tire. They called me and said I was good to go in an hour. When I got there, there was no charge. The tech had discovered and fixed my issue so quickly that they could comp the service! Not many places around you can trust to treat their customers in this way! They have also started sending text msgs about the status of your vehicle. The messages are relevant and have useful info. Its a nice improvement. Thank you!

Consistent excellent service....I received solid advice about my serpentine belt that saved cost...also they repaired my windshield wiper fluid reservoir at a very reasonable cost.... instead of replacing it....

Great customer service and car service

It was a good experience.

These guys used to be a good place to do business with. Poor service follow through, and inability to let you know when your car is ready or commit to turn around time is terrible. Will not return. Being busy does not excuse poor service and bad attitudes.
