I had service performed on 12-30-2024. The advisor got me in, the service done , and out at the price indicated. The vehicle check that was done was superior to any I had done at other repair facilities. The advisor recommended a service that I needed that I didn't have it done for a few reasons. Within days I had to have the work done in an emergency situation. So, if a advisor recommends that something be done the moral here is to listen. It was not so much the price as it was the inconvenience and time to get the emergency work done. My service advisor was Drew Finley.

Bought a new set of tires and the next week had a nail puncture in one of them. NTP replaced it quickly with no fuss. Now, $90 to replace a warrantied tire seemed a little high, but what ya gonna do? IIWII. First time Ive bought from NTP and they seem to be competent, professional and have competitive prices.

Corey W. went above and beyond to make this experience as painless as possible. I was two hours from home in an unfamiliar town and frustrated. He was pleasant, professional, and personable. He made me feel at ease and confident that they would have my car fixed, putting me back on the road to get home the same day.
