This neighborhood tire store has exceeded ALL of my expectations! I went inside one day for a quote on tires I was reluctant because I always seem to get the short end of the stick. Nikki was very helpful and went out of her way to give me not 1 quote but 3 allowing me the option to choose the best for my car. I scheduled my appointment and they took me right in and was courteous to bring to my attention another matter I had going on with my car. I am truly pleased with the service I received today and they now have another loyal customer to add to the family tree. Convenient location as well.

The price I was quoted for a pair of struts was twice as high as anywhere else. I'd suggest taking your business elsewhere.

The customer service of individuals like Nikki and Drew of course the General Manager Cindy is what has made me a loyal customer for over 20 years. I suggest to everybody even if you have to pass another Goodyear / Tire Pro's from the employees in the bay to the front counter the service and experience is worth every penny spent. The selection of additional tires is always a plus.

I normally get my car checked and tune up at Good Year near Clairmont road. Normally my experience goes well but I think it would be helpful when calling customers for the “go ahead” to do a service that the store repeats the possible total including parts and labor. I arrived because I got my serpentine belt replaced in 2017 but began to hear a noise. I learned that I had a leak in my steering pump as well as needed a drive belt tensioner. I was quoted $280 for the tensioner and unfortunately thought I heard $66 for a replacement of the pump. Not being aware of the true cost of a pump I agreed thinking my bill would be around $350. Well I arrive and my total is $888 because the pump plus parts is around $660. I think in that situation although I needed a replacement I would have asked if there was something in the interim we could do because I did not have that much money. I was not happy hearing that price so I think repeating the total price would be helpful.

Needed 4 new tires for my Subaru. Jason was great! He took my call, set up an appointment on short notice and squeezed me in before closing. Good price and great service! My wife and I have used this Goodyear/Tire Pro garage for years all of our tuneup, oil change, and tire work on our two cars.
