I had an unexpected issue with my car and these folks were able to get me in to evaluate the issue and then fix the problem in a timely manner even though they were extremely busy. They always do excellent work and I trust them completely with my car. You guys rock!! Thank you very much for all you do!!

The work they do here is always top notch, and the prices are fair. I didn’t need the attitude from Trina at checkout though. I also didn’t need to hear her complain about Cindy under her breath. Some people just aren’t cut out for customer service I guess.

The service received was excellent. The employees are friendly and professional. The manager was most helpful and attentive. She cared about my concerns and worked with me to make sure all my concerns were addressed. I highly recommend Neighborhood Tire Pros. THEY ARE TRULY PROS!

Had a nail in a tire that couldn’t be plugged. Even though it was late in the day they made sure my tire was available and even called the manufacturer for me to get a warranty discount! Very clean waiting area and felt well taken care of! Will definitely be a repeat customer, but hopefully not too soon ;)

It was so easy! I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped the car off and they had the work finished before lunch. They were great with communicating with me. Much more convenient and cost effective than going to the dealership! Staff was very friendly!
