I had a great experience dealing with neighborhood tire pros. I came in on a Monday afternoon with a screw stuck in my tire and Trina at the front desk was an amazing help. They did not have the tire in stock that I needed for my Jeep grand Cherokee but they ordered it and it got delivered that day and before closing my Jeep was ready for pick up. I highly recommend them and I will use them in the future.

Calling them is difficult as the person who knows about your car is seemingly never available. They charged twice for labor when they said clearly they wouldn’t add labor a second time over the phone. When I called to discuss this (because my tech was conveniently not there when I picked my car up) I could overhear her in the background saying I don’t want to talk to him so the lady then said she wasn’t available. A few days later and still no call back. Avoid at all costs! Overcharge and non-responsive.
