The employees at the shop were nice; however, I spent much longer than necessary having tires mounted and aligned on my mother's car. I came as a walk-in the week before, but understandably so during the holidays, the wait time was 2 hours. Thus, I booked an appointment for noon the following week, to prevent having to wait so long. While I was on time for my appointment, it took almost an hour and a half before my mother's car was attended to. And with the expected 1-1.5 hours for mounting and aligning the tires, I was forced to shift some of my plans for the afternoon. I have a personal mechanic I usually go to, but my mother purchased the tires through her job. Therefore, this was my first experience at this shop. As stated before, the employees were nice. However, if appointments are treated just like walk-ins, I'm not sure I can see myself coming again.

These guys are amazing I had a tire blowout after 6:00 pm in the pouring rain and Kyle told me to come on in and get my tire fixed even tho it was after hours they took care of me in record time. I definitely would recommend Tire Pros they got a costumer for life

I went to this Good Year shop a few years ago and never been back since. They gave very poor customer service. They did not want to honor the warranty on my tires and very slow at fixing my car. Very rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Prices are high but people are very willing to help you, their service is much better than the competition. They have nitrogen for tires

So we took our car in for service on Friday 12/8 before snow hit Atlanta. We were told it would be finished that afternoon. They found they needed a part and said they would have it done by late morning on Saturday. The snow impacted businesses on Saturday, including Tire Pros. I called and left a message and got a text back from Kyle apologizing for the inconvenience. He must have checked messages even though he wasn’t in the shop. I have never gotten a text from my mechanic before with an apology for something that was out of his control(weather). We really needed our car on Sunday. And I let him know how important it was. Kyle texted and said the earliest he could get a part was early afternoon on Sunday. And even though they were not open, he and Josh would come in and finish the job so we could get the car back. I told him I would bake him cookies if he made that happen. 😊 I got the car back Sunday afternoon. Thanks guys. You were super kind to make sure we got taken care of. I’m sure it’s not the “normal” thing to do, but you showed you cared.

I have been receiving excellent service for over 8 years with the same cars that I owned. They have made not only every visit a pleasant, safe and easy financial process, The guys always check on my cars after the visit. I really appreciate Johnson Ferry BP Car Care.

I must say to anyone that needs any type of vehicle repair that you should , without hesitation go to Neighborhood Tire pros! I have taken my Hummer H2 there for several different issues. EVERYONE that I dealt with was always professional and extremely nice and respectful. As far as the work done on my H2, it has always been done perfectly and within the time I was told it would be done! Will never go anywhere else! Oh yeah, they will take you home or pick you up if you need them too for free! Their prices are very reasonable and has at times been less than what they quoted me. THEY ARE THE BESt! Thanks to all the guys that work there! ❤️
