Had a great experience at Tire Pros. Made a reservation to get new tires over the weekend for the following Monday. While I never received confirmation, went in Monday morning anyways. Ends up they didn't have my reservation. Despite this, they confirmed that they had the tires in their warehouse and could get them that morning and have me out the door by 1pm. I had planned on dropping it off, so this worked fine. I had hoped for a shuttle home, but it was unavailable that morning. The employee explained the unique situation for that morning and apologized. Walked a couple of miles home, which wasn't too bad. Later, I received a call from the shop around 11am. They completed my tire install early and were letting me know it was good to pick up. I picked up the car later and learned that the amount due was actually lower than what I was quoted online and during my visit that morning! Spoke with Cindy, the manager when I picked up my car and she apologized for the reservation mixup, lack of morning shuttle and was very friendly. For anyone else shopping stores, look how often this business replies to reviews and compare that to other businesses. It just shows that they care. Overall, this was a vastly different experience than I've had with other chain stores where it takes them 4+ hours to rotate and balance my tires and don't care. Neighborhood tire pros were able to fit me in, get the job done sooner than promised and for a lower amount! I can't see myself going anywhere else but here.

Nicole Crisp has excellent customer service! She told me what was wrong with my tires and also SHOWED me what was wrong with them and I really appreciate that. I recommended all my friends to this location ( Good Year on Clairemont Ave in Decatur). I definitely will be back to see her. Thank you Ms.Nicole.

Not female friendly at ALL!

We have gone to Neighborhood Tire Pros for years and I'm glad we did. This time we had a small accident and thankfully this place was close by for the tow truck to deliver our vehicle. The customer service was top notch and they even helped handle our slow insurance company until they finally sent the check. The work done on our vehicle was completed in a timely fashion and that's why we keep coming back and bringing our vehicle.

I came in today to have a headlight bulb replaced on my car. I spoke to Matt who was super sensitive to the fact that I had my kids with me and needed to have the repair completed pretty quickly so we could get on with our day. He gave me a quote on having the bulb replaced including the labor and told me it'll be done in about 45 minutes. My kids and I walked over to Starbucks for a few minutes and before we were even able to finish our coffee, I got a call from him letting me know my car was done. We walked back over and I was prepared to pay him for the work which was about $80. He tells me that my headlight bulb was not out, but that something was loose causing the light to shut off. They tightened up whatever was loose and it was fixed. They could've easily told me they replaced the bulb and even held the car in the garage for a little longer to give the perception they were working on it to make quick buck. Instead they were honest about the repairs and I wasn't even charged for the work. Thanks so much! I'll definitely be going back!

If you want amazing customer service in a professional atmosphere where your time is valued, this is the place to go. My mechanic, Mike, handled my flat tire within minutes of my arrival allowing me to make it to work in time. I am definetly coming back here again
