Just needed oil/filter and general inspection prior to upcoming road trip. Upon completion there was a notice that the brakes needed to be attended to in the near future. [Note: Another (competing provider) made a similar diagnosis 10,000 miles ago - but said it was URGENT! (I declined.) 5,000 miles ago, I went back to this same provider and they found no problem with the brakes! When I questioned their diagnosis', a spat ensued with he owner and I resolved to not return.] I feel that Tire Pros gave me an honest diagnosis and repair plan. I had the work completed at a cost 1/2 that of the previous quotation.

Always prompt and friendly! I live further away now and still keep coming back to this location. Bonus is having that tag renewal kiosk in the Kroger behind the shop so you can knock it all out in one trip!
