On 5/16/25 I took my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to Neighborhood Tire Pros for an oil change and to replace the bulb in the head light. I spoke with Matt and he was very professional and was able to help in Resolving my issue with no problem. The work was done very fast and Matt was able too also able to save on replacing the head light. There was another issue that I explained to Matt that I might be needing but might not have the finance at the time but he directed me to a link that I was able to go into to acquire a payment plan which I did and was approved, so now if I need the work done that I talk to Matt about there it won't be a problem getting the work done. I thank Matt and appreciate what he did for me. Matt and his team are very friendly and professionally and I would recommend Matt and Neighborhood Tire Pros to anyone. Thank you Matt. James
