They don't care about their customers. They let someone stii my car battery. After I left my car to get service. I spoke with the manager he didn't even act like he was concerned. So who ever sees this. Please 🙏 don't let them touch your car or fix it. It's at your own risk.

Elvis, we are deeply sorry to hear you had anything less than a wonderful experience with us. After bringing your vehicle in and diagnosing a large number of issues we informed you the vehicle needed to go to the dealer and you let us know you woul dpick your vehicle up later that day. This did not happen. The vehicle was picked up the following day, and becasue of the back window being broken before bringing it to our shop anyone driving or walking by on the street could easily get in and steal the battery. 10/10. Good customer service, knowledgeable staff. I’ve been to different mechanics etc.. and I can tell when folks are just trying to get your money and make you pay for unnecessary stuff etc. This place is Not one of them. The staffs are really honest about their work and you can tell that they care because they actually follow up and that speaks volume. Thanks team and keep up the good work.

I've come here multiple times and they've done repairs and labor I didn't ask for, the total is always higher than the estimate. They replaced my entire exhaust system when all I needed replaced was my catalytic converter and welded it together without telling me. This may be a stronger bond but it is more expensive labor that I didn't ask for. They are not transparent about their methods and they will refuse you to have any control over what they do. They estimate the time they'll finish in a dishonest way, telling customers what they want to hear rather than a window of time that is more accurate. I don't wish to come here ever again.

Good prices, good service, and their operation is more tech savvy than a lot of mechanics, like you'll get an SMS when your car is ready. Nice sized waiting area with free wifi if you need to wait while they work. Very clean and professional looking atmosphere. Haven't found anything not to like about this place.

Brought my car in for a routine tire balance and rotation. But when I hit my car back it's shaking like a leaf. I told them about the issue but they were closing,so I drove for two days until they were open to return my vehicle but upon driving on shaky tires now my wheel alignment is off.. hope they will fix but so much for tire pros. I won't be back. I'll just my car to the dealership...

Wilton, we are deeply sorry to hear you had anything less than a wonderful experience with us. When in shop we informed you that your vehicle needed to replace a tire upon rotation. You said that the location from where the vehicle was purchased was going to replace it. When leaving on Saturday you called us and stated that the vehicle was still vibrating and asked if we were open on Sunday I said no but you could bring it back Monday and we would take a look at it. Upon coming in on Monday we showed you the impact bubble on the tire and told you that no matter what was done it would vibrate. You asked if we could move the 2 best to the front so we did that and then stated that you were headed to get the tire taken care of. You seemed happy when you left and even thanked us for working with you, so we are a little saddened and confused on what caused this unpleasent experience with us.
