Neighborhood Tire Pros is the only Auto store I take my vehicles to for inspections or any service needed.The prices are the best, the quality of work done is Stupendous and they are very Trustworthy. They treat you like family and not like you're just a customer. Thank you Elvis for squeezing me in for that day to work on my van even though you guys were very busy.

I am not going back to this store any more. I came to fix the low coolant level. Next day my car still indicated the coolant level is low. I called and asked if they have looked into my coolant. They asked me to bring the car in again refusing answer my question, saying they looked into more than 20 cars a day and can not remember it. They actually have the record of what my car has done in their store in last two years. So I highly suspected they forgot to look into coolant as I asked. Tell me the fact is better than saying my car sensor may not work. I will not waste my time to go back again to a store who can not answer me a simple question.
