My repair was several hours but they gave me a ride home and picked me up when the car was ready - very nice! My only concern is that my brakes needed replacing after only 60K miles - I brought the car in b/c I heard noise in front when using brakes but they replaced front & rear brakes?

Super great sales person and the mechanic came in and explained what they rectified.

I have used this location times before to get my emissions test. Ive never had to wait and they are always courteous and professional. This location is very convenient and I certainly intend to use it again.

My previous oil change was at another shop, who said my next service should be after 3000 miles. The BP technician informed me that based on the oil at the prior change, it was good for 6000 miles instead, so no need to waste my money. They nevertheless inspected my fluid levels for no charge. Based on this honesty and courtesy, I’m a customer for life.
