No complaints from me - these guys have been taking good care of me for 5 years now. Not the cheapest place around, but always dependable and honest when it comes to what's needed and what's a "nice to have".

Recently had my radiator changed and they did a fantastic job even price matched my regular mechanic that's 15 miles away so saved me a longer trip.

5/14/2014: They changed the oil in my car and added too many quarts, thus leading to a leak in the engine 6/3/2014: Still leaking oil. My car has never, ever had an oil leak before I brought it here. I took the car in to their shop at their request after they read my review. After putting my car on the lift, they claim the leak is not their doing. Okay, in 6 years it's never had an oil leak, but immediately after I have you change the oil I have a leak. It must be magic. July 2014: (This update was posted to Yelp, which was taken down by Yelp admins stating my review contained no new firsthand experience. I posted this review update after David, the owner of Avondale Tire & Service) asked me to take down my previous review since they didn't damage my car.) So, I took the car in at David's request and they claimed the oil pan gasket is leaking, which, "Has nothing to do with the work performed." They said it would cost $343 to fix. I didn't trust them, so I took it to My Favorite Mechanic, who has done fantastic work for me in the past. I was told the front crankshaft seal was leaking on the car. I asked if overfilling the oil could cause this problem and was told it could definitely cause this, since it was an older car. Thank you so much Avondale Tire & Service for causing $1200 worth of damage to my car. I know you won't help. I know you're not going to fix this. You have claimed several times you "really looked at the car" and you guys didn't cause any problems. You did.

Decatur Tire & Services LLC, gained me as a customer and lost me as one in the same day. I specifically asked for my vehicle to get an oil change and spark plug replacement. 2 hours later, my car is ready. As I go to pay the bill, I noticed it looked kinda low for the services I asked for. I asked the customer rep did they replace my spark plugs, he told me no, they only changed the oil. He didn't apologize for for the mechanics forgetting to change my spark plugs or offer to take my vehicle back into the shop to finish the services I asked for. So I basically waited 2 hours for an oil change. That is poor business and I will not be back.

Let's face it, a lot of mechanics will try to rip you off by offering you unnecessary repairs and services, but at least they won't ADD more damages to your car. Call me stupid, but I decided to bring my car here after they somehow damaged the electrical system on my car. This time, they tried to replace a key part in my car's suspension (which I doubt I really needed). Now my car makes this loud noise from the tires every time I go over even the smallest bump. DO NOT take your car here. The workers there are the retards that dropped out of high school and probably need money to get high. They suck at fixing cars. I suggest you pay a little extra at the dealership for them to actually FIX something (even if you don't need it)
