Would never recommend Charge rip off prices

Super friendly as soon as I walked in the door. Provided clear explanation of what my options were for my car and gave a accurate estimated wait time for completion. Will definitely be back, questioning why I haven’t been going here all along.

After having problems that we're not completely fixed at another shop, these guys took care of my 12 year old Acura. They also found other problems and advised me which were important to fix quickly and which don't pose an immediate problem. They are now my go to repair shop to keep my older car going

Negative 0. He has a nasty disposition. Tried to charge me almost 2000.00 for a radiator and hose. Tried to pay the diagnostic fee by card. He doesn't accept any cards unless paying in the store. Meanwhile, I'm stranded in Cobb County at work. They have good reviews, but everything is not for everybody!! Told me he won't release my car to AAA unless I pay the $39.99 diagnostic fee

Great Customer Care! The team treats you like you are friends and family and they have taken great care of my car needs, including tire changes, in a very timely fashion. They are wonderful and I highly recommend BP Car Care Center!

The guys at BP are the best!! It starts with Elvis, his son's Justin and Branden and everyone else. They are friendly, helpful, trustworthy and can always explain what's going on with your vehicle. They are the best car center in Atlanta! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

You can trust them to tell you straight up what is going on with your car. Give you all your options, they are busy a lot, but that is because people come back to them, so get there as early as you can. Great place for standard maintenance. The people up front are friendly and professional. Tell Steve I said hi, if he is the one to help you, he has been there for years.
