Great guys great service fair price

Second time this summer I've walked out with a $1.5k+ bill and the original issue not resolved. Called and let them know I had a problem with my door actuators I needed checked out. Got charged $270 for inspections yesterday for them to tell me my doors have an issue with the actuators and got no estimate for a repair. So...exactly what I told them for almost $300?! Now I'll have to find a shop that doesn't cost an arm/leg to get my actual repairs done while I'm on a payment plan for the next 6 months to deal with the other overpriced repair they did and I'm kicking myself for approving. Would not honor giving a AAA discount after I was given receipt when I asked as I didn't know they offered it in the first place. Employees are great - but very frustrated with lack of communication and high prices. Will not be back.

Quiet and peaceful atmosphère. Employees were very polite & professional. The only négative part for me was the four hour wait time.

Everything was easy and went smoothly from choosing our tires, scheduling our service, drop off and pick up. Definitely will come back.

I'm glad I got my tires replaced at Neighborhood Tire Pros. I've driven with these tires for about a month and I like them, even though I chose the cheapest tires. My low tire pressure light doesn't come on anymore. They were thorough, making sure I knew my tires needed alignment before finishing with service. It was worth the hours wait, even though they had to order my tires. The service was done in the same day. Thanks for the great service NTP.
