I feel they either lied to me or were negligent, either way, my time was wasted. I had them install some tires I bought online. I experienced some vibration and had a few follow-up appointments to try and resolve the issue. The invoice for one of the follow-up appointments states: "TECHNICAN BELIEVES THERE COULD BE A POSSIBLE INTERNAL ISSUE WITH THE TIRE...WHEELS WERE BLANCED AND HAD TO HAVE A LOT OF WEIGHT ADDED..." So, I opened a warranty case with the manufacturer and scheduled a tire inspection, that I was told would take an hour. I waited at the shop for 5 hours. The shop told the manufacturer that the tires were fine and did not share the information about the extra weight or the suspected internal problem. I feel they just didn't want to deal with the warranty but were unwilling to make that clear. They shop is probably fine for some things; but have your tire work done somewhere else. 2023-06-19 Update: Discount Tire, in Chamblee, helped me with the warranty claim. The manufacturer provided new tires. The vibration is gone.

Last week while driving to pick up my daughter for a doctor's appointment, my tire pressure started getting low due to a razor found in my tire. Pulled into Goodyear to get help. I spoke to Mr. Corey Willingham and explained that I needed to get my daughter to a doctor's appointment. Mr. Willingham promptly got my tire changed out to my spare and I successfully got my daughter to her appointment. Wonderful customer service. Thank you Mr. Willingham.

I've recently had two good experiences with Neighborhood Tire Pros in downtown Decatur, GA. They did a nice job replacing the 4 tires on our Honda a month or so ago. They were able to replace them with the same kind that came with the car when it was new. The estimate was detailed and included photos, the price was right, and the quality of work was high and done with care. The people I interacted with were professional, efficient and no-nonsense. This week, our other car (a different car) got a flat tire, and so I took it to them. They were able to fix the tire for $30. I noticed afterwards that they also checked all of our other tires and topped them off with air. They also took the time to do an inspection looking for other issues, and I received a text message with the results. While they didn't find any other issues, I appreciate how thorough and proactive they are, even on such a small job. That's going above and beyond. Lastly, I like the convenient location. It is walking distance to most city of Decatur neighborhoods, businesses, and the Marta train. You can drop your car off and walk home (or to work) then walk back later to pick it up.

6/72023 went in the store about 10:am ask a associate for a price check on a transmission fluid change he ask me how many miles and year 04/ two hundred and something miles his response was we can’t do it on a car that old if we change the fluid the transmission might start slipping so I ask him what am I suppose to do the fluid needs to be change he said make it do what it do don’t change it keep it like that ,I can’t make this up his exact words please make it make sense?

Terrible communication. Gave a quote over the phone just to have my actual total be 400 dollars more than what i was quoted.
